I’m tired of seeing dogs in tiny cages – if you don’t want to train a dog or you don’t have room or time for a dog, DON’T get a dog.
And if your children don’t listen to you without you snapping on them, don’t get them a dog because they aren’t going to take care of it no matter what they tell you.
Please stop breeding these dogs unless you are completely sure people want them and will keep them. And if you do breed them, please give them a good life outside of a cage and don’t dispose of them when you’re done.
Make sure they’re pedigree so they will be easier to sell. Some of y’all are out here trying to sell dogs that look like complete mutts and you can’t even give them away.
Newsflash we don’t need any more pitbull’s bred. There’s got to be at least 10 million of them in the shelter.
All these backward mixes of frenchies, people are creating, people aren’t buying them like they used to. And then everybody who buys one is trying to breed it and they don’t know what they’re doing and these dogs are suffering.
It cost money to care for a dog. Any dog and any animal. And no, it’s not just Frenchies for the weirdos that love talking about Frenchie care and how much more it is. Ive never seen a vets office full of Frenchies. Have you? And I haven’t owned a dog yet that didn’t cost me a lot of money or even a cat.
Even a hamster, turtle, Guinea pig or snail cost money and require love, care and lead to extra expenses. I know, I’ve had them all…
If you bred a high-quality dog, and it had puppies and you had issues getting rid of more than a couple of them it’s time to stop breeding your dog. if you have a dog without papers, legitimate papers from the AKC, it’s time to stop breeding your dog.
If you live in an apartment and you work all day and nobody’s home most of the time do not buy a Rottweiler, Pitbull, Cane Corso, or any big, aggressive dog and stick it in some small cage all day while you’re gone.
If you got your dog a cage when it was 8 weeks old and it had a little room and now it’s 8 months old and much bigger – Guess what Nimrod, it’s time for a bigger cage.
Can you imagine someone making you hold your piss and shit over 12 hours a day? Would you like to hold your piss and shit over 12 hours a day simply because you have fur on your body and you can’t talk?
Can you imagine being stuck in the house over eight hours finally relieving yourself on the floor and then some idiot coming home and beating you because your bowels could no longer take it?
Do you think that’s fair or alright? It’s selfish and stupid.
Obviously, if your circumstances have changed after you got your dog, you have to make due.
Dogs need lots of exercise, time and love!
Just because an animal cannot open its mouth and tell you they deserve better doesn’t mean they don’t.
Just because your religion told you animals are inferior doesn’t mean you don’t treat them with love and kindness.
Some of y’all act like Neanderthals the way you treat animals, like you have no common sense.
The worst are the people that get rid of one animal to get another. Learn how to train and treat your animal or don’t get animals. It’s that simple.
